Phoenix, Arizona metro area may begin with Sky Harbor airport for a traveler to this South West city. One can travel via valley metro bus around the city. Light rail work will connect Phoenix, Mesa and Tempe probably 3rd quarter of 2008 but meanwhile some businesses are effected by this infrastructure under construction.
